All Hallows’ Eve Soiree

All Hallows' Eve Soiree

Chef Alain and Madame Marie-Claude Capelle have been hosting young and local future chefs from Eastern North Carolina for a little over five years now in their home/Restaurant Auberge de L’Hermitage in Beaufort, France.

A devastating fire severely damaged their restaurant on October 8th, 2011, just days after the return of the recent Graduates. The girls that went were able to go thanks to the CCC Foundation and Beaufort Sister Cities. The Capelle’s paid for everything else while in France and the culinary program wants to give back.

They have teamed up with past Graduate CCC Culinary Interns and Beaufort Sister Cities to host a Halloween themed cocktail party in their honor to aid in fund-raising to help them rebuild. This is an important time for anyone of the the culinary industry or anyone in general to come together and help one of our own.

Door prizes and silent auction items to include:
Gift basket from Harrika’s Brew Haus, 8 CCC Culinary Lunch Certificates,
2 $25.00 Gift Certificates from Ginny Gordon’s, $ 100.00 Gift Certificate from Blue Moon Bistro, gifts from Seaside Cheesecake, Floyd’s 1921, Circa 81 and much much more!
